Dr. Michael P. Carson is a board-certified internist and Fellow of the American College of Physicians with extensive experience in academic medicine, clinical care, and medical research. He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Brown University / Rhode Island Hospital, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Carson later completed a Fellowship in Consultative Medicine with a focus on Women’s Health at Brown University/Women & Infants’ Hospital of Rhode Island . He is currently a Full Professor at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine where he mentors residents and leads research initiatives. He has published numerous peer-reviewed research papers and serves as a national lecturer and mentor in internal medicine and women's health. Prior positions include Division Chief General Internal Medicine and Vice Chair of Research. Dr. Carson currently leads Carson Internal Medicine, a concierge practice focused on personalized care, prevention, and long-term physician relationships.
