The Physicians' Salon at Maison Barnes - Standing cocktail reception

For one evening, the physicians of every Doctoloop society come together in person. The Young Athlete Society. Well Women. The Survivorship Society. The Derm Society. Senior Circle. Mind Care Loop. The Concierge Society. Seven communities, seven specialties, one room.

The room is Salon Madeleine, the private salon at Café Boulud, Maison Barnes. An Art Deco interior of chiseled glass pilasters, mirrored furnishings, cool whites and peacock blue, with its own entrance off the Upper East Side. Maison Barnes is the hospitality expression of the BARNES Group, the international name in the French Art de Vivre. Café Boulud is the work of Daniel Boulud, New York's longest-tenured four-star chef.

Champagne on arrival. Wines selected by the house. Passed hors d'oeuvres from Chef Boulud's kitchen, built on the classics, the season, and exceptional ingredients.

One short welcome. After that, the evening belongs to the room and the people in it. The colleagues you read and refer to, the ones you have never had reason to sit beside until now.
